ARTICLE 2 - ACCESS TO THE SERVICE - ORDER

- In standard mode: Colissimo Monitoring from La Poste;

HARNESS MAN ne pourra \u00eatre tenu responsable des cons\u00e9quences dues \u00e0 un retard d’acheminement n’\u00e9tant pas de son fait.
The cost and time depend on the country of destination. The merchandise travels at the risk and peril of the recipient.

HARNESS MAN proc\u00e9dera \u00e0 l’\u00e9change, \u00e0 un avoir ou au remboursement selon le souhait du Client, du ou des produits concern\u00e9s.
La demande doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e dans les 15 jours suivant la livraison. Toute r\u00e9clamation formul\u00e9e hors de ce d\u00e9lai ne pourra \u00eatre accept\u00e9e. Les produits doivent nous \u00eatre renvoy\u00e9s dans l’\u00e9tat dans lequel le Client les a re\u00e7us avec les \u00e9tiquettes encore attach\u00e9es. seront repris que les articles non port\u00e9s et non d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9s dans leur emballage d’origine.
